I was impressed! This monastery is free to visit and really beautiful. Some people come here to pray but you can also visit as a tourist (but please be respectful). I particularly liked the hall of thousands buddhas and the gardens around the temple. It is a quiet and peaceful place that you need to see if you visit Tian Tian Buddha nearby.","rating":5,"time_description":"3 months ago"},{"author":"Vipul Singh","text":"Hiked the Lantau trail from Pak Kung Au to the Buddha on a Tuesday morning in February, then went up the stairs, had lunch later at the monastery, then took the cable car from Ngong Ping to Tung Chung. Loved every bit of the experience. I thought the monastery was gorgeous and obviously very peaceful. Definitely worth going to even if you are not eating lunch at their vegetarian restaurant.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
