And many geese. The pond is well maintained and the garden is filled with flowers and a large variety of roses.\nThe house is impressive and has a rich history going back to 1362. Henry the VIII might have stayed here for ine night during his courtship of Anne Boleyn.\nChurchill bought the house in 1922 and he lived there with his wife Clementine.\nOn the property there is also a study hosting the paitings that were painted by Churchill. Also, a lovely caf\u00e9 on top of a hill offering a nice view over the whole area.\nOverall, I believe the property is more than just the home of a great man, is an oasis of tranquility and pace.","rating":5,"time_description":"a month ago"},{"author":"Rifa Adelisa","text":"We visited Chartwell for the first time, and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful and soothing.\nAs soon as we arrived on the property, we were amazed by how vast both the house and the grounds are. Even before entering, we were charmingly escorted by a cute orange cat, which made the experience feel even more special.\nInside the house was just as impressive. We especially enjoyed visiting the studio, where we saw all of his paintings. I absolutely loved his artwork it looks fantastic.\nThe grounds were another highlight lush, beautifully maintained, and a joy to walk through. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended to visit.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
