Construction on the ten floors mansion began in 1910, but due to its long delay in completion it remained empty. For this reason it\u2019s known as the \"Haunted Mansion\u201d.  Borusan Holding has been operating in the mansion since 2007 with the aim of increasing interest in contemporary art in T\u00fckiye. This art workplace and gallery offers views of the Black Sea on one side and the Marmara Sea on the other. You visit the working space with all this staff left by employees on their tables and watch art in this halls. Plus an excellent view on the Bosporus strait.
