But that\u2019s old Marrakech for you.","author":"Christian Sparks","rating":5,"time_description":"4 months ago"},{"text":"We visited the House of Photography in Marrakech on a recommendation and really enjoyed it.\n\nThe collection is great\u2014beautiful photos showing people and places across Morocco over time, from the mid 1900s. You get a real sense of the country\u2019s diversity, and some of the images are stunning.\n\nThe building itself was a highlight too. There\u2019s a rooftop terrace serving coffee and juice with amazing views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. It\u2019s also much quieter than most rooftops in the city (given it\u2019s within a ticketed museum), which makes it even better.\n\nDefinitely worth a visit, especially if you\u2019re into photography or just want a peaceful spot with a great view.
