The whole team was genuinely amazing - warm, professional, and consistently kind. Breakfast was excellent and set a great tone for the day. The reception team in particular were fantastic: attentive, responsive, and always ready with smart suggestions that matched what we were looking for.\n\nTheir activity recommendations were a highlight. They arranged experiences we wouldn\u2019t have found on our own, including creating our own perfume, which was memorable and beautifully organised. The guide they suggested was also excellent - knowledgeable, punctual, and made everything easy.\n\nFinally, the welcome presents were a very kind touch and made us feel truly looked after.
