You can tell employee morale is low and many of the staff have already checked out mentally. That said, guests are still paying premium prices and deserve quality service.\n\nThe only friendly and professional employee I encountered was the woman who checked me in and out. Everyone else was disappointing. The valet staff was rude and seemed more focused on tips than service. Even after tipping $20 each time, I still had to wait around 20 minutes for my car.\n\nThe bell staff was slow and unhelpful. After spending nearly $5,000 on a four-night stay, I expected better service. Instead, I had to find my own luggage cart and make multiple trips to bring my luggage downstairs.\n\nRoom service arrived with missing items, the breakfast lacked flavor, and the food from The Living Room left both my wife and me sick to our stomachs for two days.\n\nIf you're going to provide poor food and subpar service, your prices should reflect that. If you're going to continue charging luxury hotel rates until you close, then you still have an obligation to deliver the level of service your guests are paying for.","rating":2,"time_description":"a week ago"},{"author":"Sarah White","text":"I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the concierge team (Diana, Sole, Alex) went above and beyond to make every part of this trip smooth and enjoyable. After only a brief chat, their recommendations were so in tune with my vibe. I was impressed with a bottle of champagne chilling in my room upon arrival, and this attention to detail truly made a difference.\n\nThe crab dip in the Living Room  Grove was excellent, with a great variety of options and dining experiences throughout the stay. Yisell was an excellent server!\n\nThe hotel itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and first-class hospitality. I would definitely return again.","rating":5,"time_description":"a month ago"}]},"attached":false}
