I\u2019ve stayed at hotels all across the U.S., and I\u2019ve never experienced hospitality like this.\n\nA huge thank you to Kevin and his manager Corey \u2014 they were incredibly accommodating and truly made us feel like family. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference in our stay.\n\nThe location is also perfect \u2014 very central for exploring both north and south LA, and super convenient being close to the airport on departure day. Even the valet staff were so kind and efficient. The cafe, restaurant and pool were lovely as well.\n\nWhat really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Seriously. As a career counselor, whoever is doing the hiring and training here is darn good. Everyone was helpful, kind, attentive. My colleague and I hosted a gathering at the restaurant - the food and service were great. The room was great too - clean, comfy. Happy to stay. Sad to go.
