The ambiance was truly beautiful, very elegant and relaxing, and the setting itself is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The drinks were also very nice, with a good variety of options and well prepared.\n\nHowever, during summer, it is nearly impossible to comfortably sit outside because of the extreme heat. Even though they have water sprinklers, the temperature is still unbearable during the day.\n\nUnfortunately, the food experience was disappointing. My husband and I both ordered the carbonara made with calamari instead of spaghetti, which came with a raw egg yolk. After eating this dish, we both ended up feeling sick with upset stomachs. It would be important for the restaurant to clearly mention on the menu that the egg yolk is raw and not cooked, as many people do not tolerate raw eggs well.\n\nFor a five-star hotel, there should be more precision and transparency regarding the dishes being served so guests are fully aware of what they are ordering.
