It was a fantastic experience. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the hotel is, how accommodating they are - with an impressive eye for detail and staff who are knowledgeable, friendly, take the time to show you around the hotel, and remember you by name. We checked in with our passports days after my birthday. The hotel took notice of that and had a card and a bottle of wine waiting in our room to celebrate the occasion. We enjoyed that bottle of wine over dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening and let me tell you the meal was superb! The truffle ravioli was incredible and the service was delightful. Our room was small but very cozy and comfortable. Our view was limited due to some construction on the LV building across the street. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The spa downstairs was delicious as well. We had a couples massage there after a long day of travel. Just what we needed. One of the many perks as well - we checked in hours before our room was ready, but we were directed to a bathroom where we could shower and freshen up. All the amenities were included (robes, hair dryer, etc.). It allowed us to tackle an already long day of travel with a fresh start and a shower. By far our favorite hotel. And I cannot wait until the time we are able to return. The rooms are well-stocked, impeccably designed and - in my opinion - comparable to Soho House. The hotel is small yet still loaded with amenities like a small indoor pool, sauna, spa services and a gym complete with heavy bag.
