From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive\u2014but what truly impressed me was how they handled an unexpected situation.\n\nImagine landing in HK on the first day of your trip, only to realize while checking in that you left your wallet on the plane\u2026\u2026I was completely stressed and didn\u2019t know what to do, but the concierge team immediately stepped in and coordinated with both the airport and airline staff to help track it down. They kept updating me throughout the process and reassured me the entire time. Thanks to their efficiency and dedication, I got my wallet back within 2-3 hours. Honestly can\u2019t thank them enough for going above and beyond. THANK YOU SO MUCH!\n\nOn top of that, the in-room dining was unbelievably delicious. The gym was also amazing: spacious, fully equipped with Technogym, plus red light sauna. The location is also perfect: directly connected to the mall and incredibly convenient for getting around with easy access to both the train and tram.\n\nWhat could have been a terrible first day turned into such a memorable experience because of the amazing hospitality here.
