The service throughout the hotel was excellent\u2014warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Despite our rooms being ready later than expected, the reception team handled it very professionally and even compensated us with complimentary gestures, which was much appreciated.\nThe views are absolutely stunning, especially from Petrus Restaurant on the 56th floor and the beautiful garden areas. Breakfast and lunch were very good, with a nice buffet spread that included Indian food options at breakfast, and \u00e0 la carte dining at lunch. A special shoutout to Ben at the Caf\u00e9 Too restaurant\u2014an excellent chef and a wonderful person. He went out of his way to take care of me by arranging fresh vegetarian pasta for two days, which was truly appreciated.\nThe hotel also made travel effortless by arranging airport transfers and transportation within the city. Location-wise, it\u2019s hard to beat\u2014Victoria Peak, Causeway Bay, and the harbor are all nearby. Pacific Place Mall is right downstairs, offering luxury brand shopping and plenty of great dining options, with many more excellent restaurants within walking distance.\nAs a suggestion, I would recommend including more vegetarian and vegan-friendly options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which would make the dining experience even better for plant-based guests.\nOverall, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, service, food, and location. I booked the stay using Chase travel portal as an Edit hotel. When I checked in, they have a letter explaining all the benefits, breakfast for two, US$100 credit during my stay, welcome fruit plate and late check out. I spent the credit on a massage which was excellent. The fitness center has updated Technogym equipment. The room was located in one of the newly renovated floor. It has all the modern amenities and conveniences you can think of. The toilet comes with a TOTO bidet with heated cover. Nice! NOTE: definitely ask for a room located at one of the renovated floor. From what I can see, and I may be wrong, as of Feb 2026, floors on 52 and below are renovated.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
