The entire experience felt special from start to finish. The pool bartender was fantastic\u2014friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks while creating such a fun, relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The sushi was also outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay.\nTo make things even more memorable, the manager surprised me for my birthday with a cabana by the pool and a bottle of wine waiting in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made the trip feel extra special. From the moment I arrived, up until the end of my stay, it was by far one of the best experiences I\u2019ve had for a boutique hotel. Upon check in , Alicia at the desk was super sweet and very informative on all the amenities the hotel offered. Very cute pool and beach amenities, that I didn\u2019t realize I had got included. When getting my keys the GM Shanna, actually came out and gave me a welcome rose drink and walked me all the way to my room!! Great conversations , that you don\u2019t typically get when reserving rooms at big corporate hotels. Smiling faces and greetings everytime you walk in and out of hotel. Next time I come to Miami, I will definitely be staying at the Plymouth, and next time for some actual relaxing and vacation time !!! 10\/10 service ever","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
