Stayed here back in 2022 and this past 4th of July in 1112 for $191.  Good central location midtown, next to Grand central (although the not the prettiest or cleanest spot) While the hotel is on the compact size (with a small lobby), everything is fairly new in this hotel. Rooms are small but updated and appointed well. A small gym, a small laundry room (washer\/non-vented dryer combo) and a rooftop are the major amenities. Staff are fairly nice. Also soundproofing is good, from the rest of the city. I didn't hear any fireworks displays around me. Only complaint would be the AC is very noisy (makes a large deep hum) so had to precool the room and turn it off to sleeo.","rating":4,"time_description":"a month ago"},{"author":"Douglas M","text":"Great location if u are going to see the Mets or Yankees. 5 minutes from grand central.
