Generous comes to mind. The location is super and simply convenient to so much in London. It\u2019s an historical site, with centuries of international acclaim.\nThe hotel boasts a secret museum full of site history which is absolutely mind blowing. The hospitality across the board is extraordinary, with helpful hints for nearly everything you\u2019d like to do or have questions about. A former police station, the hotel has architectural features nodding to the colorful past, with tasteful rich details and information of where you are staying. Due to the hotel being full I was given a free upgrade and the room was spectacular. I was home from humanitarian work overseas and so the friendly and helpful service made my planned restful weekend even more special for me and my partner. We loved the cocktails in Side Hustle, breakfast was amazing in the light and beautiful dining room, and the room itself was immaculate. I will certainly stay here again and I look forward to my next stay already!
