I appreciated the spa amenities + the design elements throughout the hotel - everything felt luxurious, modern, and intentional.\n\nAmenities:\nThis was my main reason for booking as I wanted to reset after 20+ hours of traveling. There is a main pool, heated jacuzzi pools, dry sauna, and steam room. The gym was also well-equipped with quality machines and free weights.\n\nRoom:\nThoughtful design details really stood out:\n- Walk-in closet\n- Hi-fidelity bluetooth speaker sound system\n- Bedside rope to turn off all lights\n- Automatic curtains\n- Double sink bathroom\n- Rainfall shower\n\nFood & Dining:\nVia Chase's The Edit offering - breakfast for two was included, with a great selection of fresh juices and set menu options. I also used the $100 dining credit toward a 6-course meal the restaurant was offering for Christmas, which was a highlight\u2014excellent quality and presentation.\n\nLocation:\nVery convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both Line 2 and Line 13 metro stations, making it easy to get around. Would recommend checking out the LV exhibit that's right next door (you have to make a res via wechat - the front desk can probably help you with this).\n\nOverall, this stay felt like a true reset. Super modern, living out its belief of being  \u201cOur House, Your Home\u201d with its warm hospitality. Thank you to A. Director of Guest Experience, Lewis, for making us feel at home and making my birthday celebration a memorable one\u2665\ufe0f\n\nThe hotel is conveniently located next to the luxury mall Taikoo Hui overlooking the LV ship \u201cThe Louis\u201d.\n\nI stayed at the Residence side. The room and bathroom were huge, bedding was super comfortable with the room temperature just right.  I was most impressed that one morning, I went downstairs to have breakfast, turned on the \u201cmake room\u201d sign and the room was cleaned and tidied when I returned in half an hour.\n\nThe hotel also has a large gym with all the equipment and weights you need for a good workout!\n\nFor all the foodies, the Chinese restaurant, Shui Tang Li, is a must try if you want to get a taste of Shanghainese food at its best!
