Cons:  Twice we had to deal with really poor service from the hotel staff - in one memorable (in that I truly will never forget this) the door hostess not only denied us a dinner table upon our return to the hotel but also lied and said the library was closed for a private event & we could not have drinks there.  Upon consulting with our butler over drinks in our room, we learned this was not the case.  Two of these types of experiences in a 3-night stay is not acceptable at this price point.  I did follow up with management via email after our stay to let them know, and received a lovely gallic \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2640\ufe0f.
