I ordered a freshly squeezed orange, carrot, and ginger juice, but the portion was surprisingly small\u2014only about half a glass.\n\nWhat disappointed me most was the overall presentation and service. The staff's appearance did not reflect the standards I would expect from a property of this level. Small details, such as uniforms and grooming, make a significant difference in creating a luxury experience.\n\nDuring our visit, a nearby table was cleaned while we were seated. The process was quite disruptive, with constant movement around us. The crumbs were brushed directly onto the floor, and the seat cushions were shaken out next to our table, creating unnecessary dust while guests were still enjoying their drinks. These are details that should be handled much more discreetly in a hotel of this caliber.\n\nLuxury is defined by attention to detail, and unfortunately many of those details were missing during our visit. However, for a luxury property of this caliber, the fundamentals should be seamless. Our room lacked proper blackout shades, which made getting a restful night's sleep incredibly difficult.\nFurthermore, the gym was unbelievably small and definitely not in Aman standars or even 5 star standards. Also, while the staff was mostly friendly, the service lacked the intuitive, deeply personal touch that usually defines an Aman stay. It felt more like a standard high-end luxury hotel rather than the bespoke, intimate hospitality we\u2019ve come to expect from the brand.
