Every details was perfect and thoughtful, even our welcome card wishing us a Happy anniversary!\n\nOur personal Butler was very attentive as well, and made sure we always came back to a refreshed organized room.\n\nThe food, the service, the beauty and luxurious aspect of the hotel was always on point.\n\nWe also went back to Faena Theater to see their new show \"Obsession\", and it was amazing.\n\nWe will definitely make Faena our designated destination every year for our special occasions.\n\nThank you for such amazing hospitality. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care transformed our anniversary into an unforgettable celebration.\n\nDinner at Pao was exceptional. Our server, Jed, and his assistant, Wahiu, provided impeccable service throughout the evening. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly balanced professionalism with warmth. We were also delighted to have the manager stop by our table to personally ensure that everything was perfect, a gesture that reflected the high standards of the entire team.\n\nThe experience extended far beyond dinner.
