The entire team makes your stay feel so elevated and they genuinely seem to enjoy providing guests with a feel-good experience.  The spa is a sanctuary, and the Living Room late night performance is worth coming here alone.  The food and especially breakfast were just perfect and consistent.  Shout out to the chef.  The rooms are well appointed and they didn\u2019t miss a detail.  True 10\/10 delivery across the board.  We\u2019ve stayed at other 5 star hotels in NYC like Aman, Four Seasons, and others.  Faena will be our new NYC home base going forward. The restaurant, La Boca's food was elevated above the Aman's main restaurant. We were greeted daily by Michelle whom made us feel at home, and treated us like family. At the Aman the house driver never seemed available. Here the driver was available 2 out of the 3 times we seeked him out; a much better batting average. The soul of the Faena seemed to come from the doormen including Raul and Marcus.
