From the moment I arrived, she made everything feel effortless and welcoming. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience. So far I am not sure I will stay. It is very disorganized and staff are constantly changing, which is always a red flag.\nThe music is too loud to have a conversation on the new roof terrace. At the 2 year anniversary party, we had geriatric home style entertainment and it took 30 minutes for the two adjacent bars to decide who would make me a classic vodka martini. As they were utterly overwhelmed I had to go downstairs to Torno Subito and paid for my perfectly made drink. Lastly most recently, at a World Cup viewing event,  I was told that spaces were set aside for reservations where I informed in response that I had in fact reserved. The clueless hostess ran off in search of her manager and I never saw her again. My friend ordered a drink and 30 minutes later she got hers. Food was sub parr, wait staff running around like headless chickens, floor managers yelling at wait staff and oh no speakers were set up  to actually be able to listen to game commentary. I asked our very kind waiter why it was so disorganized as this was not their first viewing event. The reply was that the previous events had not been as highly visited. Perhaps management can take their heads out of the sand and occasionally pay attention to what\u2019s happening in the world because it was common knowledge that this particular game was one of the most sought after tickets in FiFa history and South Florida is heavily populated with one of the teams countrymen. Just terrible and I\u2019m regretting the 10k I have spent to \u201cbelong\u201d to this mess.","rating":2,"time_description":"3 weeks ago"}]},"attached":false}
