But honestly, what has really made the experience so special has been the staff.\n\nEveryone has been wonderful. From reception and food and beverage to housekeeping and everyone else around the hotel, people have just been so warm, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When you\u2019re somewhere for more than just a few nights, I think you really notice these things, and by the end of my stay it genuinely started to feel a little like a second home in Madrid.\n\nI also had some unexpected medical issues come up partway through my stay, and the hotel was incredibly helpful during what was a pretty stressful time. They helped coordinate things for me, made calls on my behalf and generally went well beyond anything I would normally expect a hotel to do. I was genuinely very touched by how much they helped me and how much they seemed to care.\n\nI especially want to mention Leandro, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. He was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful, and really went out of his way to make sure I was okay and that I had everything I needed. I\u2019m extremely grateful to him.\n\nI came to Madrid to celebrate a milestone birthday and ended up having a much more eventful stay than I expected, but the team at URSO made the whole experience feel incredibly special.\n\nI would recommend URSO without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful luxury hotel in Madrid, particularly if you value genuinely warm and personal service. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. All of Luciano\u2019s dinner suggestions were great. We had fun at all three restaurants he suggested. I loved talking to Aneta during my service at the spa, and the water circuit was wonderful, therapeutic and relaxing. ( I even did some laps).\nHouse keeping was impeccable and extremely quick with each and every response. The bell hops\/doormen were super sweet and aiming to please at all times. I also enjoyed Carmen and all the other staff at breakfast. What a beautiful hotel.
