Everything you could possibly need is nearby in terms of good food, pharmacies and shopping. Also it is easily walkable to main places like gran via. I love that the hotel is super cozy vibes and quiet. Feels like a home away from home. The room I personally stayed in had a stunning view of the park side\/along with the beautiful residential building in front of the hotel. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. I loved sitting in the lobby area in the evening as that area is very well lit up (cozy lighting) and piano music is played there at night. I would definitely stay here again as I really loved that this place didn\u2019t feel like a big commercial hotel but like I said a home away from home. 5\/5 stars for me.","rating":5,"time_description":"3 months ago"},{"author":"Wendell Zaragoza","text":"I stayed in URSO for five days and it was such a great experience.\n\nI booked this hotel to experience the Chase Sapphire Reserve EDIT hotel benefit and it was everything I wanted and more.\n\nThe hotel is BEAUTIFUL and very centrally located. We had metro nearby and it was walking distance to La gran via. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the serving staff remembered how we liked our coffee and drinks every day.\n\nBest part of the hotel experience was the little touches that made the stay a special one.\n\nI was celebrating my birthday in this trip and I don\u2019t even remember whether I happened to mention it in the reservation or whether I mentioned it verbally to a staff member during my stay but when me and my friend got back to the hotel from being out and about on my birthday, the hotel had left a hand drawn picture and a small cake to wish me happy birthday. Such a small gesture but left me with all sorts of warm fuzzy feelings.\n\nIf I ever come back to Madrid I will book with URSO again for sure.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
