We were upgraded to a room with a view overlooking Park Ave, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Service throughout was excellent.\n\nOur room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Once I laid down, I truly didn\u2019t want to get up.\n\nThe biggest surprise, in a good way, was breakfast. We ordered in-room dining because we didn\u2019t feel like getting dressed to go downstairs, and I wasn\u2019t expecting much. But the food was actually very good. It was a bit pricey, but the portions were generous. It took a little longer than expected to arrive and one salad was missing, but they brought it up after we called. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality.\n\nThere was also a small billing issue after checkout, which they resolved quickly. After we left, I realized I had forgotten my AirPods, and they located them within about 10 minutes of me reaching out. Its location is unbeatable, the lobby is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality is second to none.\n\nA special thank you to Robert, the Sales Manager, who is one of the most professional, respectful, and genuinely hospitable people I\u2019ve had the pleasure of meeting. His attention to detail and warm welcome make every stay even more memorable.\n\nThe rooms are consistently spotless, and I love how thoughtfully designed they are. The modern technology\u2014such as the automatic curtains that open and close at the touch of a button\u2014adds both luxury and convenience, a feature that many other five-star hotels still lack. Throughout the hotel, staff members are always attentive, proactively offering directions and checking whether guests need anything.\n\nMy only recommendation for future guests is to request a room that does not face Park Avenue if you\u2019re a light sleeper. Traffic noise and occasional honking can be heard from those rooms.
