From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make the milestone unforgettable.\nThe first-class hospitality started right at the curb with Joe, who gave us a warm welcome and took excellent care of our luggage. Checking in was just as seamless thanks to Miriam at the front desk, who gave us a wonderful tour of the property and surprised us with the best room possible for our celebration\u2014even with the hotel being extremely booked from the tennis tournament over the previous days.\nOur housekeeper, Kilsing, was exceptionally professional; every single time we returned to our room, it felt completely brand new, no matter what time of day it was. We also ran into Gordon several times throughout the hotel, and he was consistently helpful with directions and personally made sure we got exactly where we needed to go.\nThe dining experiences throughout the property were phenomenal:\n* Peacock Alley: An iconic, beautiful setting that set the tone for our trip.\n* Lex Yard: Ken provided unmatched expertise and attentive service that made our meal truly standout.\n* Yoshoku: Jimmie was an exceptional server who made our dinner feel extra special.\nWe finished off the trip at the Guerlain Wellness Spa, where every single member of the staff was excellent, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and energized before our departure.\nEvery detail of our first visit reflected genuine luxury and top-tier service. We were upgraded to a room with a view overlooking Park Ave, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Service throughout was excellent.\n\nOur room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Once I laid down, I truly didn\u2019t want to get up.\n\nThe biggest surprise, in a good way, was breakfast. We ordered in-room dining because we didn\u2019t feel like getting dressed to go downstairs, and I wasn\u2019t expecting much. But the food was actually very good. It was a bit pricey, but the portions were generous. It took a little longer than expected to arrive and one salad was missing, but they brought it up after we called. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality.\n\nThere was also a small billing issue after checkout, which they resolved quickly. After we left, I realized I had forgotten my AirPods, and they located them within about 10 minutes of me reaching out.
