We felt so welcomed from the moment we walked in - staff were always professional, kind, and efficient. The design details are so on point and was the main reason I booked this hotel. Every last detail is thoughtful and so chic! Beds are extremely comfortable, the AC works very well, and the bathroom design and amenities felt luxurious. 5th floor rooms have lovely balconies which was such a delightful surprise. As soon as we arrived, staff greeted us warmly, welcoming us with smiles, refreshments, & kindness. Maxine went above & beyond to ensure that our experience was personal, special, & fun! The rooms are exquisitely designed, the bed was quite comfortable, we were always stocked up with water, luxurious toiletries, & towels. In the heart of Le Marais, this hotel is walking distance to many good cafes & shops. We will be recommending this hotel for years to come!
