The overall room quality was excellent, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay.\n\nHowever, my room overlooked a building despite my reservation being for a city-view room. When I requested a change, I was offered another room, but the difference was minimal and did not significantly improve the view.\n\nThe location of the hotel is outstanding and one of its strongest points. The spa was also excellent and among the highlights of my stay.\n\nOn the other hand, I found the overall service to be fairly average for a luxury hotel. The breakfast quality was good, but service in the restaurant was often slow, and there were occasions when requests were forgotten.\n\nMy main concern is value for money. While the hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, I did not find anything particularly unique that justified its premium pricing compared to other high-end five-star hotels. Most of the amenities and services offered can be found at many luxury properties.\n\nOverall, it is a good hotel with an excellent location and a very nice spa, but in my opinion it is somewhat overrated and does not fully justify its price point.","rating":3,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
