The staff kindly brought towels, which we appreciated, but I was slightly questioning the \u201csit guests outside during a thunderstorm\u201d strategy lol.\n\nNight two: after the rooftop experience, we decided to play it safe and stay in the room for dessert instead. The cake arrived, the server said she\u2019d be right back with the candle\/light\u2026 and then 30 minutes passed with nothing. I finally called downstairs and found out candles are apparently not allowed in the rooms \ud83d\ude02 Honestly, I\u2019m kind of glad I didn\u2019t invest in buying a condo there if a birthday candle is too dangerous for the building.\n\nThe funniest\/saddest part was that after all the waiting, someone actually came back and took the dessert away from my very confused 3-year-old daughter \ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude02\n\nThe manager later messaged apologizing and invited us to breakfast at Aviv so they could \u201cmake it right\u201d with the birthday dessert there. We went\u2026 and once again, no dessert appeared. The follow-up message finally came after we had already checked out.\n\nAt that point, dealing with 3 meltdowns from my disappointed toddler over the missing birthday candle situation was honestly tough \ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude02\n\nThat said, she loved the pool, which definitely saved the trip. Everything about this property was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.\nThe service here is truly unique and setting a new standard for hospitality\u2014every single staff member was exemplary, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.\nThe breakfast was incredible, offering amazing quality and variety. Both the pool areas and the beach setup were flawless, pristine, and beautifully maintained.\nIt is easily one of the best hotels I have ever visited in the world. Every single detail was immaculate.
