Staff members often appear unmotivated, insufficiently trained, and in some cases openly unfriendly. Simple requests turn into drawn-out processes, food service takes an unreasonable amount of time, and the end result rarely justifies the wait.\n\nThe beach area is almost permanently overcrowded and poorly managed. Instead of feeling exclusive or relaxing, it feels hectic and neglected. Several areas of the property are visibly worn down, poorly maintained, and at times simply unpleasant to use. This is not an environment where you feel comfortable spending time.\n\nWhat ultimately led to my decision was the general lack of respect shown toward members. Rules are enforced in an unnecessarily confrontational way, without empathy or basic judgment. Rather than feeling welcomed, you are made to feel like a problem.\n\nAvoid becoming a member.","rating":1,"time_description":"4 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
