We arrived near midnight, but Filbert and the front desk team (Cooper and Christine) were so warm and attentive. They really made us feel welcome right away.\nThe tatami room is beautiful and feels so authentic. My kid had a blast wearing the yukatas and the tea set was a lovely detail. On the practical side, the shower pressure was great, and the heated toilet\/auto-lid added a nice touch of luxury.\nService-wise, Paul is very helpful but Henry Koo the concierge is a legend. He literally chased down our lost Uber driver to make sure we got picked up.
