The room was comfortable and well maintained, and I especially loved the gym on the top floor. It was a great bonus during my stay.\n\nI truly appreciate everyone who assisted us, especially\n\nFilbert, who was incredibly friendly and even shared a few jokes from time to time. He took the time to guide me on places to explore and thoughtfully printed a map for me in case my mobile data did not work.\n\nMarco was incredibly accommodating from the beginning and made sure everything went smoothly after we decided to get a room upgrade. I also appreciated the Chinese biscuit he gave us after we checked out. It was a lovely gesture.\n\nConcierge Paul, the Filipino Chinese gentleman I had a lovely conversation with, shared helpful tips and stories for the trip. He even gave me a small gift, which I truly appreciated.\n\nSheryn and Elyn, who were both pleasant and bubbly, along with Jaret, helped us with our belongings from the moment we arrived. I\u2019m looking forward to seeing them continue with the team after their training.\n\nAnd Julia, whom also very accomodating and helped me set up my sim card and other cards useful for my stay.\n\nOverall, it was a truly memorable experience thanks to the warm, thoughtful, and attentive service from Aki Hotel Team.
