The bathroom toiletries were all top notch.\n\n2) The service was fitting for a 5 star hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were immediately and appropriately given vouchers to the bar.\n\n3) I don\u2019t know when I\u2019ll return to NYC. While I like to try new hotels while traveling, it will be very tempting to return here.","rating":5,"time_description":"a month ago"},{"author":"Gabriella Capellan","text":"The hotel Chelsea is the most gorgeous hotel in NYC, with the most incredible staff (thanks Judianne)!!!! So welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Every single moment of our stay was enjoyable, from the beautiful hotel bar, brand new Japanese restaurant Teruko in the cellar with SUPERB service (Zack was the best!), and especially the room! We stayed in the premier Chelsea- the bathroom was enormous, with a bathtub, there was lots of sunlight coming in through the gorgeous balcony windows during the day, there were plenty of snacks and liquor at the personal bar, and books explaining the rich history of the building! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting New York!","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
