Arrived at 9:30am and was told to come back around 1pm for early check in and as promised had a nice quiet room as requested, which was very nice due to the jet lag. Room was nicely cleaned daily, breakfast everyday was fantastic, there was staff that knocked on the door in the evening to check in and give chocolate which was a very nice touch! Very central location and close to the metro, enjoyed the balcony that had a great view and the cherry on the top was the last night of the stay being able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle!","author":"Elena YY88","rating":5,"time_description":"5 months ago"},{"text":"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chateau Frontenac in June 25-Ju 1, 2026. Granted the massive heat wave caught us while on our trip and we do appreciated the amazing AC in the rooms and complimentary waters in the lobby. Everyone was so welcoming and nice especially to our children. From our arrival throughout the whole stay, the bellmen and front desk were so pleasant. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant, probably one of our best dinner experiences for service in Paris. We stayed 6 nights in the Eiffel Tower View (extremely magical! We experienced the tower sparkle on the balcony every night, I seriously can't wait to return and book this same room category) Room and also had a Suite with Balcony next door to accommodate our family. The hotel is walking distance to great shopping and dining. It is a bit out of the way to all the main tourist attractions, but close to a metro line. Utilize the concierge at the hotel, they have the best connections in town! One downside we experienced was the sound proofing of the hotel, we were on the 5th floor and late into the night we heard the upstairs room till about 2 am every night. It didn't bother us nor did I complain, as I know Paris is a late night city. We did have the guests below us on floor 4 complain about us the night we were packing our bags, they sent hotel security to our room twice. I kindly explained that we were packing our bags and I would try to keep it down, they came again at which I asked what else can I do, I need to pack.  It wasn't late either, maybe 7 pm. That is a challenge and really not much that can be done.  It is Europe and for anyone that travels knows this sometimes comes with the territory. This would not prevent me from booking this gem of a hotel on our next trip to Paris.
