The hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We had two rooms and they were beautifully appointed and there were small touches including balloons for my mother's birthday and complimentary snacks and minibar. The building itself was incredible and carried the gravitas of it's previous life as an embassy.\n\nThe location is amazing just a block off the Seine and right next to the Musee d'Orsay. It was an excellent oasis to come back and relax in the common spaces with attentive and personal staff attention but still be in the heart of Paris with a 5 minute walk.\n\nI cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the restaurant, the spa.
