The facilities were impressive and the property itself had a beautiful calming atmosphere. However the service was nowhere near what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.\n\nThe first impression was promising, but things quickly went downhill after encountering rude attitudes from staff members. What stood out most was how inattentive and unhelpful the staff were, and unfortunately this wasn\u2019t an isolated incident\u2014it was consistently the case throughout our stay.\n\nThe room itself also had several issues, including a noisy air-conditioning unit, a clogged sink, poor-quality pillows, and inadequate soundproofing. Being placed next to a family-friendly room only made the noise problem worse.\n\nFor the price charged, the overall experience simply did not deliver. I\u2019ve received far better service at many 3- and 4-star hotels. Every detail was well thought out and the design was truly chic. The turndown service complete with an eye mask\/pillow spray\/tea, etc felt luxurious. Breakfast was also delicious and catered to all nationalities.\n\nJOY WAS THE BEST! Our texting concierge helped us so much with bookings and translating. We are very grateful.\n\nOnly thing that was not great was that the AC in the room is locked to a specific range and we felt it was too hot at night and could not get it to be cold enough.\n\nOverall still a memorable stay and can\u2019t wait to be back!!","rating":5,"time_description":"3 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
