The location in Jing\u2019an is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining and the surrounding city. I loved the spacious rooms, serene Alila design and the overall sense of calm throughout the property. The indoor pool, spa and wellness facilities were also excellent. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay feel very effortless.","author":"Genta","rating":5,"time_description":"a month ago"},{"text":"Loved our stay!!! Every detail was well thought out and the design was truly chic. The turndown service complete with an eye mask\/pillow spray\/tea, etc felt luxurious. Breakfast was also delicious and catered to all nationalities.\n\nJOY WAS THE BEST! Our texting concierge helped us so much with bookings and translating. We are very grateful.\n\nOnly thing that was not great was that the AC in the room is locked to a specific range and we felt it was too hot at night and could not get it to be cold enough.\n\nOverall still a memorable stay and can\u2019t wait to be back!!","author":"Paula","rating":5,"time_description":"6 months ago"}],"website":"https:\/\/www.alilahotels.com\/shanghai\/","price_level":null,"opening_hours":[],"ratings_total":56,"google_maps_url":"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/?cid=7367240316825814236","photo_url":"https:\/\/artatlas.global\/storage\/google-places\/photos\/36ecf2668b57f1e96f8c463a22ba74415272e0d6.jpg"},"attached":false}
