The staff is unfailingly warm and welcoming. Also, I must mention that the staff is also very kind and has helped me on a couple of occasions with some things that were going the extra mile with needs I had such as storing medications that needed refrigeration etc. I really appreciate it!\nAlso - the hotel itself is quite historic and lovely. The view from the rooftop is incredible. It is situated in Pigalle which is quite busy and active, but you can go right up the hill to Montmartre for a bit quieter. The breakfast buffet, dinner menu options were excellent, with plenty of options, and the staffs were incredibly kind and welcoming everyone staff you see are the best there! The managers, in particular Mr John, super helpful, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring.\n\nEveryone speaks English, which made communication effortless, and the overall politeness and professionalism really stood out. The hotel has lifts, spacious and comfortable rooms, and 24\/7 room service, which made our stay even more convenient. A special mention to the barista Mr mayore at the restaurant\u2014the cappuccino was outstanding also the other lady girl!\n\nThe location is perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to everything, and the view of Montmartre is simply beautiful.\n\nWhen we visit Paris again, we will definitely stay here. I\u2019d give this hotel five out of five\u2014and honestly, even more-for such a memorable and delightful stay.
