From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was clear this property is on another level. The hard product is truly world-class. Everything from the marble finishes to the room furnishings felt luxurious without being over the top.\n\nWe booked through MT Luxury Travel using the Marriott STARS rate, which came with free breakfast and $100 USD credit. Breakfast was a highlight, it's a la carte rather than buffet, which really elevated the experience. Having dishes prepared fresh to order makes mornings feel special.\n\nWe used our credit toward lunch at Run, their 2-Michelin star restaurant, and it covered most of the bill for two. The meal was outstanding and felt like a steal given the credit. Definitely take advantage if you're staying here.\n\nThe staff were polished and attentive throughout, exactly what you'd expect from a St. Regis. Room was well stocked, good size , next to train station and walking to exhibition centre. Breakfast was alacarte which was unique and service top notch. Couple of things which I wished would have made it more comfortable one: adding international switches instead of just Hong Kong power sockets. Second around water bottles, instead of cans would have been better experience.
