The property was what we'd expect as a five-star hotel.  The room was large, immaculate clean and beautifully furnished.  There was shower and a huge soaking bathtub which we took full advantage of.\nWe're offered complementary breakfast as platinum elite member.  Breakfast was ordered a la carte style, everything was made to order.  This was an elevated experience comparing to the typical buffet breakfast.\nThe real highlight that distinguishes St Regis from the other hotels was the staff members and their services.  Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home.  Special big shout-out to Kylie at the fitness center, Alan and Dexter at the Drawing Room, they really showed us the hospitality that really exceeded out expectations.\nSt Regis Hong Kong is definitely one of our favorite luxury hotels in Hong Kong.  That is quite significant given there are so many excellent hotels in Hong Kong.  If there is anything I'd nitpick would be the lack of sights from the hotel rooms. The service is amazing and everything is totally exceptional. Everyone\u2019s so nice and attentive, specially the two ladies at reception, Sun Ni and Florence as well as the gentleman, Sherwin.\n\nSherwin helped with last minute booking over the phone and ensured that the best rate and discount was provided! And went out of his way to be welcoming.\n\nFlorence and Sun Ni\u2026 where do I start from?! They\u2019re absolutely amazing! Really kind, caring and attentive! Really made the stay special and gave all the tips, suggestions and recommendations! And the way they spoke, although very professional, but made me feel like a friend rather than a guest, which was extremely special. And they went out of their way to leave a beautiful note and to print off a full daily itinerary for me \ud83e\udd0d will definitely come back!!","rating":5,"time_description":"3 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
