The service was excellent, and the rooms are beautiful. It’s a bit noisy at night with the restaurant, but it quiets down around 11. This didn’t really affect us since we stayed up late anyway, but it's something to consider if you’re staying here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this beautiful, stylish, and comfortable hotel with a fantastic location and great service!
We had an amazing stay at Donatella Boutique Hotel. The customer service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and thoughtful from start to finish. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time.
The room was absolutely beautiful: stylish and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was how private and peaceful it felt—tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins Ave—yet still perfectly close to everything. It was the best of both worlds: quiet and relaxing, but steps from great food, shopping, and the beach.
If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with charm, comfort, and top-notch service in an unbeatable location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.
