It is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, with a premium shopping mall, great restaurants, and plenty of entertainment for children nearby. It really seems like the perfect hotel.\n\nUnfortunately, the service was one of the worst I\u2019ve ever experienced. I\u2019ve honestly had much better service at $50-per-night hotels.\n\nHere are some examples:\n\n1. The staff were often rude, rarely smiled, and wouldn\u2019t even step aside when walking toward guests. It felt like we were the employees and they were the guests.\n2. After repairing a leaking sink, the maintenance staff left the bathroom dirty and didn\u2019t clean up after themselves.\n3. Even when the hotel was nearly empty, we sometimes had to wait 20 minutes just for a waiter to take our order.\n4. Housekeeping repeatedly forgot to bring bottled water to the room, even after we specifically requested it.\n5. When asking a waiter for a coffee, the response was: \u201cI don\u2019t serve your table. Ask your own waiter.\u201d This is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel.\n\nIn addition, our bathroom sink and shower were leaking, there was no ventilation in the toilet, and some of the breakfast food looked close to spoiled.\n\nIn the end, we decided to check out early and move to the Hilton, which cost almost three times less. Ironically, the service there was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests.\n\nThis hotel has beautiful facilities, but luxury is not just about design\u2014it is about service. Sadly, this hotel fails where it matters most. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.\n\nA special thank you to Mr. Mohammed for his exceptional professionalism and kindness. We experienced a small issue at the beginning of our stay, but it was handled quickly and professionally. The way the team resolved it showed how much they genuinely care about their guests\u2019 satisfaction.\n\nWe left the hotel very happy, and the way they turned a minor issue into such a positive experience made a lasting impression.
