Our friend was given an upgraded room and we were shown to a handicap accessible room without being asked if this was. I am 188cm tall. My wife is tall for a woman. Everything in the room was too low. The makeup mirror was at navel level for my wife (as an example). The shower had no door so water went everywhere. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend the hotel.              Also, the 3 of us had dinner in the hotel. We were the only patrons at dinner. The server was kind but spent long periods of time talking to people outside the restaurant so service felt very slow and inattentive.","rating":3,"time_description":"8 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
