We were checked in by Eddie who was polite, helpful and efficient in getting us sorted. We then headed up to our room which was luxuriously comfortable and got settled. After our pre-dinner G&T we headed to the restaurant where we were perfectly looked after by Gabor. An Oh My Gosh the Food \ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d the Chefs were magnificent. We were so full and yet even indulged in a delightful piece of cheesecake for dessert. After a dreamy nights sleep we had our breakfast, again being looked after so wonderfully by the amazing and attentive staff - Oktay & Evelin.  We were blown away by the facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel but most importantly the superb quality of welcome and service from the staff. From the moment I walked in, everything felt polished, welcoming, and genuinely five-star.\n\nThe food was outstanding beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the kitchen operates with real pride and precision. Huge credit to Chef Stefano, whose talent clearly shines through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The quality, balance of flavours, and attention to detail were exceptional.\n\nA special mention to the manager, Gaborr, who runs the restaurant with professionalism and warmth. He was attentive, visible, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has the best possible experience. That leadership reflects throughout the entire team.\n\nElena, our waitress, was also exceptional friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and perfectly attentive without being intrusive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after from start to finish.\n\nOverall, a true five-star experience. Outstanding food, flawless service, and a team that clearly cares about excellence.
