From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was exceptionally kind and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping service is impeccable \u2014 they come by several times a day to make sure everything stays spotless.\n\nThe hotel\u2019s restaurant serves excellent food and has great live music in the evenings, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The pool isn\u2019t very large, but it\u2019s very pleasant and offers great food and drink service as well.\n\nThe location is unbeatable \u2014 right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the Santa Monica Pier and surrounding areas.\n\nI didn\u2019t use the spa, so I can\u2019t comment on that, but everything else \u2014 the service, cleanliness, restaurant, and location \u2014 was truly first-class.\n\nThe only thing I would improve is the beach service. There aren\u2019t many amenities available on the sand, and the umbrellas and chairs are set quite far from the water or close early in the day. It seems that the third-party operator managing the beach area is not providing the same level of quality and attention to detail that matches the hotel\u2019s high standards. It would be great to see a more complete and better-aligned beach setup in the future.\n\nOverall, this is an amazing hotel that I would definitely stay at again.
