At first, I was assured that the remaining amount would be refunded and sent back to my account. This gave me peace of mind. However, only a few hours later, the decision was completely changed and I was told that no refund would be issued.\n\nWhat made this even more upsetting was the way this situation was handled by the management, especially Manager Baris Can Av\u015far. Making promises and then changing the story within hours is extremely disappointing and feels misleading.\n\nFor a luxury hotel, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and transparent communication. Sadly, that was not my experience.\n\nI am writing this review so that other guests are aware and do not go through the same frustrating experience. If you do, you'll find their obsession with getting things right extends to this hotel too.\nThis was my second stay here and honestly, it's been a while since a hotel impressed me this much. The location in Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 is spot on - walkable to everything but quiet at night.\n\nThe room was ridiculously well thought out. Proper welcome with their own chocolates and macarons (not some generic nonsense), glass water bottles instead of plastic, Proraso shaving cream and Marvis toothpaste in the bathroom - someone actually cares here. They even have Technogym equipment in the room (tucked away in the closet), though I didn't use it.\n\nWhat really stood out was the staff. Everyone from the doorman to housekeeping seemed genuinely happy to be there. \u015eahabettin at breakfast was a legend - remembered how I liked my coffee from my previous visit and always had a smile despite the morning rush.\n\nSpeaking of breakfast - the eggs benedict with salmon was probably the best I've had anywhere. The croissants? They bake them to order - straight from the oven to your plate. You can tell they have their own patisserie from the quality of everything.\n\nBottom line: If you're tired of cookie-cutter luxury hotels where everything feels corporate, this place is refreshingly different.
