The staff at reception is super friendly, and the whole atmosphere is very easy-going. The rooms are cute. I especially liked the cuckoo clock detail and the window seating area. There\u2019s also a tap on each floor where you can refill your water bottle, which is a nice touch.\nBreakfast is served on the top floor, and you can choose from different items. It was good and definitely eco-friendly, as it helps avoid food waste. However, I would have preferred coffee and cookies to be available as a buffet so you could always get a refill.\nOverall, it was a very nice stay. I really appreciated the hotel\u2019s effort toward sustainability and its unique concept.","rating":5,"time_description":"4 weeks ago"},{"author":"Martin Bridle","text":"Lots to say.\nFirst off - Great location, close to all the shops and restaurants but also nice and close to Regents Park and Marylebone area which are both good for a walk about.\nWe loved the quirky outdoor theme of the hotel - check the photos to get an idea.\nGreat attention to detail from staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly.\nRooms are large, well laid out and the one we stayed in had a fantastic window seat with a view of the Church of all Souls and the Langham Hotel. I can't overstate the positives of the location enough!\nHowever - there is one (only) downside to staying here - but probably only for people on floor 14 where our room was located.\nThe trouble is floor 15 has the restaurant and also appears to host corporate events.\nWhy is this an issue?\nBecause at 6am around an hour of table\/chair scraping across the floor takes place - woke me up every day. I expect they were preparing for breakfast.\nBut it also happens at 5pm when they are presumably preparing for the evening bar\/restaurant service.\nNot the end of the world but very noisy and annoying (Treehouse if you are reading get some felt pads for the chair and table legs) - easy fix!\nAt the end of the day I would 101% stay here again its a truly special location - but - maybe request any floor but 14!","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
