The staff at reception is super friendly, and the whole atmosphere is very easy-going. The rooms are cute. I especially liked the cuckoo clock detail and the window seating area. There\u2019s also a tap on each floor where you can refill your water bottle, which is a nice touch.\nBreakfast is served on the top floor, and you can choose from different items. It was good and definitely eco-friendly, as it helps avoid food waste. However, I would have preferred coffee and cookies to be available as a buffet so you could always get a refill.\nOverall, it was a very nice stay. I really appreciated the hotel\u2019s effort toward sustainability and its unique concept.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"},{"author":"Lauren Cooney","text":"Quirky hotel with an amazing location. Stayed here for my mums 60th and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was a lovely unexpected surprise! The room was gorgeous with an amazing view of London. We had a slightly negative experience at the rooftop bar Nest and ended up making a complaint to reception but they apologised and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine to the room which was really kind.","rating":5,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
