As we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Studio Suite, which made our trip even more special and memorable.\nThe staff were fantastic throughout our stay\u2014always friendly, attentive, and available whenever we needed anything. Their excellent service really helped make us feel welcome and well looked after.\nWe couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!\n\nLocation was also amazing as it was a short walk to everything!\n\nThey also have a roof top pool, you have to go up there its a must!!\n\nHad the most beautiful views and although the pool was small it was perfect! Gran Via is noisy but the rooms are designed well. I had to play white noise while sleeping as I am a light sleeper; emergency vehicle sirens are common. It's nice they had a security member controlling who enters the building so we felt safer. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice and spoke great English. The room was great and felt upscale compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed during our Spain trip. Literal steps to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Our day trip meeting spot was also just a few blocks away.\n\nClose to metro stops and many taxis pass frequently. The 360 rooftop bar was a great feature and there was a DJ playing deep house music (10th floor). Great photo spot. There's also a pizza restaurant and sports bar on the 9th floor.
