From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and warmth of the staff were exceptional. We loved the sit-down check-in, which felt so welcoming and personalized, and check-out was just as smooth and effortless.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the colors, decor, and attention to detail create such a unique and stunning atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, the views were spectacular, and everything from the cocktails to breakfast was wonderful.

This was our first experience with the Faena brand, and we’re so excited to have discovered it. We can’t wait to return and experience their other locations!
True hospitality, luxury, and seamless stay from start to finish. The entire team makes your stay feel so elevated and they genuinely seem to enjoy providing guests with a feel-good experience. The spa is a sanctuary, and the Living Room late night performance is worth coming here alone. The food and especially breakfast were just perfect and consistent. Shout out to the chef. The rooms are well appointed and they didn’t miss a detail. True 10/10 delivery across the board. We’ve stayed at other 5 star hotels in NYC like Aman, Four Seasons, and others. Faena will be our new NYC home base going forward. Special shout out to Marcus at the front door- he makes every guest feel like they are the star of the show.
