A sense of luxury and comfort without the pretentious feel. A lot of people working, studying, or just leisurely browsing on their respective devices in the lobby.\n\nMy favorite feature would have to be the small art gallery with pieces available for purchase, I'll have to ship or bring larger luggage when I return. The DJ in the bar on Friday night was definitely a vibrant touch to a more upscale environment.\n\nThe staff was very welcoming, there was a comfort that came after long days exploring the UK when the doorman, Daniel would welcome me back with a smile and assistance every time. Louis, the bartender was very attentive to his job and the group I was traveling with all week long. Barbara and the other young male server's service was impeccable. Leo... oh boy, Leo was so on his job he almost made me miss \"back of the house\".\n\nCommendation to the staff as a whole. Lovely to see so many young people keeping a system afloat so smoothly. It not only seems like a great hotel for your stay, but a great hotel to work at.\n\nI even took the time to do a little creative work in the lobby and out front.\n\nI'll be back soon.
