I love their bbq pork which would be my favorite dish there.\n\nThe rest of the food were mid but I did like the carrot shape \u9e79\u6c34\u89d2\u3002\n\nA gentleman who was serving would continue to rush us, even though we already was advised the seating limit. But overall, we paid around $160 Canadian and the meal was good and we came back again the second time.\n\nThe second time we booked it for 230 and I understand that they are probably tight on time but again the same gentleman rushed us to decide what to get. For ease, we decided to get the same menu and I feel like that was a bit overpriced for what we got. We got an assortment of soup, dim sum dishes noodles, and it came with a beverage, which was really nice. I loved the \u7d05\u68d7\u7cd5a really nice texture and I love the sweetness, which was just perfect. He did apologize but came back again and asked us to eat faster, but I think I will not come back as a returning client given that experience.\n\nThe purpose of having dim sum is to be together with family, enjoying a cup of tea and it\u2019s not a fast food chain restaurant. Especially given that it\u2019s a Michelin one star I would have higher expectation on the experience on their customer service which I do think needs more work.\n\nThe signature Cha siu was $318 HKD $56 CAD and so I think for the price that we\u2019re paying, I expect a certain level of service.\n\nBut it was good place to try if you are staying at the Easton hotel and didn\u2019t wanna go out in the humid heat.","rating":3,"time_description":"2 months ago"},{"author":"Ho Yan Sing","text":"We are here for a prewedding dinner for both family. We have family who are vegetarian. Its a really good option if you need a place for a proper dinner with business or family. My family ordered the michelin set and their vegetarian set menu are well designed and match with other set menu. Service are great, just one mistake they made that they forgot one of the ingredient on the plate. But dishes are well balanced and delicious. One thing to highlight i think the vegetarian menu can add extra element in the some dishes example like the fried noodle at the end, its too simple and does not taste like a michelin star restaurant would have. Other than that i think this restaurant well deserved the 1 star michellin and worth the hype to visit again.","rating":4,"time_description":"3 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
