We loved it. Restaurants often use the word \u201cfusion\u201d loosely, but at Osaka, it truly applies. The menu delivers Peruvian and Japanese fusion at its best: a thoughtful blend of South American and Japanese flavors, with each bite offering a beautifully engineered explosion of taste.\n\nFood\n\nThe food is creative, beautifully presented, and genuinely unique\u2014but Osaka offers much more than great dishes. Our server, Yesenia, guided us with recommendations that balanced our preferences with the restaurant\u2019s signature flavors, including a remarkably fresh sashimi amuse-bouche, Kiiro ceviche, a Hongos Teppan trumpet mushroom dish that was not listed on the menu, and a Nikkei Makimono that brought Peruvian flavors into a traditional sushi roll. The restaurant manager, Miki, also checked in during our meal. The service was casual, attentive, and perfect.\n\nAmbiance\n\nis paid to every detail.  We ate at the sushi bar, but the main dining area was spectacular, and the bar area was sublime.  Lastly, the music was a combination (fusion) of new age, Peruvian jungle music and Japanese sounds all blended into a crescendo on the experience.\n\nTry it\u2026.you\u2019ll love it.  Ten out of ten !","rating":5,"time_description":"3 weeks ago"},{"author":"Karl de Borb\u00f3n","text":"The restaurant is beautiful, with high ceilings, stylish d\u00e9cor, and comfortable tables and chairs that create a pleasant atmosphere.\n\nThe food was good and beautifully presented, with each dish served on unique plates that complemented the different selections we ordered, with the exception of the skewer presentation.\n\nThe service was professional, friendly, and attentive. The staff took the time to explain the ingredients and preparation of each dish, which made the experience even better.\n\nOverall, this is a very good restaurant with a cool, authentic atmosphere. We will definitely be back to explore more dishes from this successful fusion of two culinary cultures.","rating":3,"time_description":"2 months ago"}]},"attached":false}
