We had a reservation and were informed that non-hotel guests have about an hour and thirty minute dining window, which ended up being more than enough time to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.\nWe started with the Wagyu carpaccio and it was amazing. For our main dishes we ordered the filet mignon and the Wagyu skirt steak with chimmichurri, along with sides of Brussels sprouts and steak fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We finished the meal with the vanilla bean cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, which was also excellent.\nThe service was flawless from start to finish\u2014from drinks to food delivery, everything was timed perfectly and the staff was attentive throughout.
