After speaking to the very helpful, smiling, engaging, and very competent waiter, I went for the Bodegon. This was exactly what I was looking for, as it had the type of smokiness that I love in a cocktail. The snacks were also wonderful, especially the almonds and the cashew nuts. Sadly I only had time for a quick drink, but this place is perfect for lingering and spend quality time, especially if you want some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of Bond Street and Mayfair. The service is beyond excellent, the drinks are top notch. A very good alternative to the mainstream cocktail bars scattered everywhere in the west end . The pizza was exceptional, while the desserts were equally memorable and provided the perfect conclusion to the evening. We frequent the hotel and have long adored The Red Room; its sophisticated yet intimate atmosphere makes every visit feel special.
