For dessert, the special of the day was a chocolate mousse with strawberry compote, which was light, indulgent, and a perfect balance of richness and freshness. We paired the meal with a classic red wine, which complemented the beef bourguignon beautifully and elevated the entire dining experience.\n\nOverall, the food felt like a masterclass in classic French cuisine and was some of the best we had during our trip. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, and the restaurant offers a great mix of indoor and covered outdoor seating with plenty of space, yet still maintains a lively atmosphere.\n\nReservations are recommended as the restaurant fills up quickly even for lunch.\n\n5\/5 \u2013 Outstanding traditional French food, excellent service, and a lively Marais bistro atmosphere.
