The ambience in Le Salon is fantastic- intimate, beautifully decorated, and uniquely designed. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Our captain Danny deserves special recognition as he provided a level of service, professionalism and humor that went above and beyond, even by Michelin dining standards. The food was outstanding, with standouts being the Tarte Carotte-Vadouvan, the Salade de Printemps, and of course, the \"Chobster\" which represents \"comfort food extraordinaire\", and is well worth a splurge if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity.
