There is certainly no robotic service at this establishment which was so refreshing, coming from Dubai where unfortunately this is something we are often accustomed to. The live musicians were an absolute delight, elevating the entire evening and creating exactly the kind of immersive experience you hope for when dining in Marrakech.\n\nParticular praise must go to the waiters for their knowledge and passion for the food they were serving. The ambience feels like you\u2019ve been transported into another era. Pure Moroccan craftsmanship \ud83d\ude0d\nThe staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. And can we talk about Moroccan \ud83e\udd42wine? If you haven\u2019t tried it \u2014 you absolutely should. Such a pleasant surprise. We ordered from the \u00e0 la carte menu, and every dish was stunning. Beautiful presentation, rich flavours, perfectly balanced. I also loved the little sweet treats at the end such a thoughtful touch, like leaving with a small gift.\n\nNext time I\u2019m in Marrakech, this is non-negotiable.
