But it\u2019s a safe and solid choice.\nIn recent years, it\u2019s rare for me to walk into a fine dining restaurant where there\u2019s no eight different flavoured foams, or long stories about the chef\u2019s childhood hidden behind every carrot, which i honestly don't need.\nPortions are just right: not so much that I lose interest, and not so little that I feel robbed. The flavours are accurate, clean, and simply good.\nI was slightly surprised by the location, as it feels like you\u2019re only two meters away from the hotel lobby, but I didn\u2019t mind because the interior design is beautiful. Service was excellent, good enough to make someone who truly dislikes tipping culture feel that it was deserved.\nLastly, if anyone from the restaurant sees this, I REALLY need the recipe for the little round cheese ball from the bread basket.
